Izipizi (formerly known as See Concept) is a parisian company created in 2010 by three childhood friends. It offers reading glasses, sun and mountains in innovative and colorful design. Soon the firm knew a great success and saw its models marketed to the finest stores, both in France and abroad. They are presented in Paris at Colette, Merci, Le Bon Marché or Marc le Bihan, but also Selfridges in London, MoMA in New York and Isetan in Tokyo.

We are three childhood friends: Charles, Quentin and Xavier
How did you start in fashion?
We first began with lorgnettes, which had a great success at the time. We then realized that there was a lack of fashion products in the reading glasses offer, and we have then decided to propose modern and design reading glasses, to be a real fashion accessory more than just a backup pair.
How would you define your style?
IZIPIZI is a ready-to-wear glasses brand, combining design, color and style. All our models are timeless basics, both trendy and never out of fashion. We are lucky to rely on a very selective distribution network, while remaining very affordable.
What inspires you?
IZIPIZI offers for everyone and every moment a timeless and trendy accessory: reading glasses, sunglasses, to protect from the screens' blue light, but also kids models orski glasses... Situations inspire us!
A few words about this collection...
The newest collection is the Glacier. We propose here a vintage model, a round shape with removable leatherette covers, right from the 60/70's. Every detail has been studied for a maximal protection in a mountain environment: category 4 mirror lenses, lateral covers, hook arms... But you can also wear it in town, just for style, some also talked about sailing! However, do not forget to take them off to drive!
What's your favorite piece in our selection?
The Orange Glacier, without hesitation! We love it because it's fun, colorful and light, just perfect for the downhill!
What are you most proud of?
We are overall proud of our team. More than fashion, IZIPIZI proposes a lifestyle. 7 years after the launch of the lorgnette, it's a 30 persons team, working together on the collections in a startup spirit, with strong values. We are also very proud to be presented in the most beautiful shops all around the world, and that leading figures of fashion wear our glasses. We are here thinking about Inès de la Fressange, Christian Louboutin...
Where do you manufacture your products?
All our products are produced by our historic partner, a familial company in Taïwan, an island that is well-known for the quality of its optical products.

If your brand was a music, a movie, a cocktail...
If we were music: the songs of Mickael Jackson, because they're universal, timeless, pop and very innovative for their time. If we were a movie: Vas, vis et Deviens, for its human values, that we try to share with our team everyday. And a cocktail... the Spice Moskwito: a classic (mojito) but restyled, with surprising elements: it's fresher, spicier, more colorful, and still an essential.
